HORARIO RECEPCIÓN MERCANCÍAS:

El horario de recepción de mercancías en la fábrica de MERCK SHARP & DOHME ANIMAL HEALTH S.L. (“MSD Animal Health”) de Salamanca será de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 14:00 horas.

FACTURACIÓN:

Todas las facturas deben dirigirse por correo postal a:

En las facturas se indicará el número de pedido correspondiente y se recibirán por duplicado, en caso de que un mismo proveedor suministre en un periodo de 15 días más de una orden de compra, este podrá emitir una única factura incluyendo en ella los diferentes números de pedidos correspondientes a la misma.

Las facturas tienen que estar en poder de MSD en un plazo no superior a 1 mes una vez entregada la mercancía o realizado el servicio.

DOCUMENTACIÓN:

Todas las entregas de material deberán ir siempre acompañadas de su correspondiente certificado de análisis o certificado de conformidad según el tipo de mercancía que se esté enviando.

Con cada entrega de materiales o servicios, se debe entregar un albarán que al menos contenga:

  • Nº de pedido
  • Código, descripción, cantidad y unidad de medida
  • Nº de lote y caducidad

En caso de un nuevo equipo, este debe ser entregado con: instrucciones de uso y mantenimiento en castellano, marcado CE y declaración de conformidad.

FICHA DE DATOS DE SEGURIDAD:

Si el producto que nos suministran es considerado peligroso según la legislación vigente, la ficha de datos de seguridad del producto deberá ser aportada en la primera entrega del producto y siempre que haya en la misma, una modificación o revisión.

CADUCIDAD:

No se admitirán materiales con menos del 80 % de su caducidad.

PROVEEDORES:

-Si emplean contenedores reutilizables para las entregas de material, dichos contenedores no deben presentar riesgo de contaminación cruzada, se deben limpiar y verificar antes de usarlos para la entrega de material y deben ser adecuadamente etiquetados reflejando el contenido de los mismos.

-Deben notificar a MSD Animal Health de cualquier cambio en los materiales suministrados/ test realizados, que pueda tener impacto en la calidad, la seguridad, la pureza, identidad o cumplimiento regulatorio de los productos de MSD Animal Health. Cuando sea requerido, el cambio debe ser revisado y aprobado por MSD Animal Health previamente a la adquisición de materiales del proveedor, y quedar documentado en el sistema de gestión de cambios de MSD Animal Health.

-Deben notificar y obtener la aprobación de MSD Animal Health de la intención de producir, empaquetar, etiquetar, almacenar, testar o enviar entre sus instalaciones materiales de origen animal (BSE/TSE) o cualquier nueva entidad química clasificada como antibiótico o componente altamente activo, con el objetivo de que MSD Animal Health evalúe el impacto en los materiales que compra.

-Deben notificar las desviaciones o eventos fuera de especificaciones que puedan tener impacto en los productos/análisis suministrados a MSD Animal Health.

-Deben notificar de cualquier acción de la agencia regulatoria. Ej. Observaciones regulatorias, alertas o retiradas de producto, acciones correctivas derivadas de inspecciones que tengan impacto en los productos suministrados a MSD Animal Health.

MATERIAL*:

La cantidad solicitada en el pedido deberá ser suministrada del mismo lote de fabricación o del menor número de lotes posible.

*El proveedor no podrá enviar ninguna mercancía que no cumpla estos dos últimos requisitos (caducidad y material) sin la previa autorización del departamento de planificación o de compras de MSD Animal Health, que excepcionalmente podrá aceptar pedidos que no cumplan estas cláusulas en favor de asegurar el suministro o para adecuarse al tamaño del lote del proveedor.

REQUERIMIENTO PALETS:

La mercancía debe venir paletizada en palés sin daños y como norma general, de 120cm x 100cm de base y 120cm de altura. La mercancía no debe sobresalir de la base del palé. Otras medidas por favor, consultar con el contacto de la fábrica.

El proveedor expresamente declara, reconoce, garantiza y acuerda, que cualquier envío a una compañía o planta de MSD Animal Health, será solamente realizado si los palés y embalajes de madera cumplen con los siguientes criterios:

– Palés de madera con tratamiento por calor certificado, conforme a la norma Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (lSPM) 15 “Regulation of Wood Packaging Materials in International Trade”, desarrollada por la International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), y sus modificaciones. Se dispone, no obstante, que no se aceptará el uso de ninguna sustancia química en los palés de madera que se provean a MSD Animal Health.

– No ha sido utilizado en dichos palés ningún tratamiento químico adicional, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, Methyl Bromide.

– Se adjuntará el certificado del tratamiento por calor (marca #HT#), marca con dos letras indicando el país de origen, el identificador regional y el número de registro, de acuerdo a la ISPM. Dicha marca (marca #HT#), indicador de país de origen, y número de registro han de encontrarse estampadas en el palés de madera, para permitir a MSD Animal Health su inspección visual en la recepción.

GENERAL:

MSD Animal Health se reserva el derecho de rechazar cualquier envío que no cumpla con las condiciones anteriormente mencionadas. Cualquier coste asociado con el rechazo de dicho envío, debido al incumplimiento de cualquiera de las condiciones anteriormente expuestas, será a cargo exclusivamente del PROVEEDOR.

Antes de recibir el presente pedido, rogamos nos envíen copia con su conformidad o reparos.

OPEN HOURS FOR DELIVERIES

Every material can be received in de MERCK SHARP & DOHME ANIMAL HEALTH (“MSD Animal Health”) of Salamanca site, from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00.

In the invoices has to be the corresponding Purchase order number and the invoices will be received in duplicate, in the case that a supplier supplies in a period of 15 days more than one purchase order, he will issue a single invoice including the different numbers of Purchase orders on it.

MSD has to have all the invoices no later than one month after delivery of the goods or the completion of the service.

DOCUMENTATION:

Every delivery of material must always be accompanied by its corresponding certificate of analysis or certificate of conformity depending on the type of material.

Every delivery of materials or services must be given with a delivery note containing at least the following information:

  • Order No. Purchase Order Number.
  • Code, description, quantity and unit of measure
  • Batch number and expiry date.

In case of new equipment, this must be delivered with: operating and maintenance instructions in Spanish Castilian, CE marking and declaration of conformity.

SAFETY DATA SHEET:

If, according to current legislation, the product provided is considered as dangerous, safety data sheet must be included in each delivery. In any case, always with the first delivery or if the safety data sheet is updated.

SHELF-LIFE:

Any material with less than 80% of its total Shelf-life will not be accepted.

SUPPLIERS:

– Any re-usable, bulk container used for the delivery of a material must not present a cross-contamination risk, must be verified as cleaned prior to use or dispensing of material and must be labeled accurately to reflect the contents of the container.

– Suppliers are to notify MSD Animal Health of any changes to supplied materials that could have an impact on the quality, safety, purity, identity, and regulatory filings of MSD Animal Health products (e.g., specifications, manufacturing process, sourcing of starting materials, testing methodology, etc.). Where required, changes are to be reviewed and approved by MSD Animal Health prior to acquiring materials from the supplier/contractor. The process and concurrence for these notifications should be agreed to and documented between the distributor/supplier/contractor and the MSD Animal Health Site Quality Unit.

– Suppliers must notify and obtain approval from MSD Animal Health of their intention to produce, package, label, warehouse, test, release or ship within their facility materials from animal origin (TSE/BSE), or any new chemical entity classified as an antibiotic or highly active compound, in order for MSD Animal Health to assess the impact of those changes to the materials we purchase and how they may impact our finished products.

– Suppliers are to notify MSD Animal Health of deviations or OOS events that could have an impact on product distributed to MSD Animal Health upon confirmation of their occurrence.

– Suppliers should notify MSD Animal Health of any regulatory agency actions e.g., agency observations, field alerts or recalls, and inspections that result in corrective actions that have an impact on product supplied to MSD Animal Health.

MATERIAL:

The requested quantity of material in the Purchase order has to be supplied from the same manufacturing batch or from the least batches possible.

* The supplier could not send any material which do not comply with these two requirements (Shelf-Life and Material) without the prior authorization of MSD Animal Health ´s planning or purchasing department, which may exceptionally accept purchase orders that do not comply these requirements with the objective of ensuring supply or to adapt with the supplier lot size.

REQUIREMENT PALLETS:

Goods must come palletized on undamaged pallets and, as a general rule, 120cm x 100cm of base and 120cm of height. The goods must not protrude the base of the pallet. In case of other measures, please contact factory.

The supplier expressly represents and acknowledges warrants and agrees that any shipment to a MSD Animal Health site or location using wood pallets shall only be done if the wood pallets meet the following criteria:

– Certified heat treated wood pallets, according to the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) 15 “Regulation of Wood Packaging Materials in International Trade”, developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), and its amendments. Provided, however, that nothing herein or therein shall permit the use of any chemical substance on wood pallets supplied to MSD Animal Health.

– No additional chemical treatments have been used on such wood pallets, including, but not limited to Methyl Bromide.

-The heat-treatment certification shall be attached (stamp “#HT#”), stamp with two letters designating the country of origin, the regional identification and the registration number, in accordance with ISPM. Such stamp (stamp “#HT#”), the indicator of the country of origin, and the registration number should be located on the wood pallet to allow MSD Animal Health visual inspection at its reception.

GENERAL:

MSD Animal Health reserves the right to reject any shipment that does not meet the aforementioned criteria. Any cost associated with the rejection of such shipment, due to the breach of any of the previously stated conditions, shall be for the sole cost and expense of the SUPPLIER.
